Okay. I'm stuck. How? Every time I reach the finish-line, this industry has a way of moving it the same distance I just went, further down the road. Like a mirage.
I've got 1500TT and get this...After watching every Mutli-Engine "walk-in" at my flight school go to a career CFI that isn't going anywhere, I logged an incredible 4 hours of duel multi-time in 18 months. Total Multi-time? 67 hours. That, coupled with what used to be $1,000 paychecks ending up around $200 two years later, I quit CFI'ing. Sorry. I HAVE TO pay my bills.
Every jet-job on climbto350 says, "State the experience in type in the body of your cover letter." C'mon!!
I've canvased the executive airports/ramps in my area. Nothing. Not even the C-402 operators call to let me sit right seat after telling me they will. ***??
Now what?
And, the first person that writes anything along the lines of "SUCK IT UP" will show how unoriginal and unfunny they are.

SUCK IT UP! I kid I kid.
Have you looked into any of the 135 cargo carrier types? I assume you have 135 mins and are just lacking in the multi area alone...in which case you could land a job pretty easy (135 guys are hurting around here anyways), do your single time and then move into whatever multi they have available.
Even some of the smaller ops like Cape Air will take you with less than 100 multi, you'll just have to make yourself stand out. I wouldn't say any of these are career jobs but that's not what you should be looking for at this point:
Requirements
GTA Air, Inc.
AirNet Systems, Inc. - Careers
http://www.greatlakesav.com/
That's a problem with flight schools...you can get your multi and you're MEI and have 30 hours (or less), you're "qualified" to teach, but nobody will insure/trust you for it. And suddenly you're stuck.

Been there...you call them, don't wait for them to call you. Flew right seat in a Baron for a summer flying some Part 91 legs because I was the one constantly bugging the guy doing the runs to let me tag along. Helps when you play nice and toss the bags in the back, too

Don't get discouraged, I know trying to get into the regionals can be like trying to reach the cupcake on the super-high ever-growing unreachable table but you'll get there. A bunch of regionals are having trouble finding people as is, sooner or later they will be dropping their multi requirements, TT requirements, more than likely both.

135 ops are all over. The ones that I listed run mainly straight down the center of the country. But you can find a 135 op at just about any decent sized airport out there, be it cargo, charter, whatever.
Badgeman where abouts are you located or are you willing to move?

Nah, the problem with this flight school was the manager had a bazaar interest in keeping the best interests of only one CFI at heart and was bending over backwards to make sure they were the only happy CFI there. You know, a "crown-jewel" flight instructor. Ha!!! Pass rate was somewhere around 50%...Oh, but they had Jet-time and an ATP!
