When you guys say pool, you mean next step for the face to face interview?

Yes, not sure if that means we will even get called for the face to face though. he just said we will be placed in some kind of holding pool.

I worked for AA the past two seasons. It was a great experience flying all over the U.S. low and slow. They also have 4 Aztecs that you could possibly upgrade into, but it would most likely only happen if you stuck around for a second season. Sorry, but I don't have any info on the interview process since I had previously worked at AA as a CFI, I never really interviewed. Good luck to those of you applying. I'd be happy to answer any questions about the company.

How is it determined who upgrades to the Aztec? Is it strictly seniority based?

AA is calling and offering the face to face interviews - just in case anyone is interested in this...

They will tell you that it's a combination of seniority and multi time. However, if you work hard and don't cause a lot of trouble you will greatly increase your chances.

When did this start? Is it Pete or Mike that calls you? Do they fly you down? I was told I would be hearing something from them and to sit tight. Wonder if I need to remind them of me........
