Default BEST low time city/region

This question is aimed more toward experienced guys i guess, but curious to know what people think is the best city and the best region for low time guys to migrate to? Wish everyone safe flying!

Id say DFW. Tons of planes around here, cheap cost of living, decent weather.

Arizona, Texas, Florida. Lots of flight schools and decent weather.

Anything south and southwest will have the weather, planes, and students for the most part.

Phoenix has a lot of flight schools that do international training which means guaranteed students and stable pay. I'm flying over 80 hours a month as a CFI in Phoenix right now and there is definitely more than one company that will get you that amount of time down here. All of them are hiring since they're losing CFIs.

so is it safe to say that most places in the south are better places for low timers to find a flight gig? Or is it just dependent on the larger cities in the area?

It may be dependent on the cities nearby, but the south and especially the southeast US have always been great for low time 91 and 135 jobs. Florida especially. Think, you have seaplane jobs, tons of flight instructing jobs, lots of banner towin' , plenty of 135 charter and 91 jet ops as well.

Good luck.
