They have to pay the company $40,000 and then $1000 per month? Or are they paying $40,000 and then getting paid $1000 per month + $12/hr every hour after 80? That would net $16,000 they pay for 2 years worth of multi engine time?

Just trying to make sure I'm reading it correctly

I read you lend them the 40k, they pay you $1000 a month to sit right seat in a PA31.

It sounds like the western skies commercials you see where you get a "quick loan" @ 135% interest for 10 years.

You get that $40k back though, right?

Still seems ridiculous. At least here in the DC Metro area you can instruct full time and make the same amount annually. That and you don't have to give $40k up front which I guess potentially if this company flops you could lose it all.
