Wow, this generated a lot more interested than I had anticipated. Here are a few of the specifics we are looking for.
Pilot:
1000 TT
250 Multi
Systems Operator:
250TT
We fly two Cessna 320's and a Beech Bonanza. We are immediately interested in another pilot for our 320 and a systems operator. We will be hiring before the end of the year. Potentially, we are looking at hiring an additional pilot and operator by February.
It is a one year commitment and you would need to relocate to Caldwell, ID (20 miles West of Boise). All positions are full-time salaried with salary depending on TT and experience. Includes health benefits and PTO.
Please email all inquiries and resumes to: [email protected]
Thanks for the interest.

You mentioned salaried positions based on TT and experience.
What ranges are youbtalking about here?
Yes - if you throw out a hiring vibe in this economic environment without adding in some initial requirements I'm sure you'll end up inundated with resumes from aspiring pilots. I hope that you will find what you are looking for among our APC pilots. Good luck!

Do the system operators have a chance to move to pilot positions before the 1000 TT?
Absolutely. One of our pilots that is leaving at the end of the year, moved into the 320 after about 6 month and 500 hours. If you prove that you can do the job, opportunities for advancement are available.

Systems operators with no experience usually start around $27k and it goes up from there. We usually do an evaluation after 6 months. If you've picked up on the job and are doing what we ask, we reward accordingly.
