$150 for the plane (wet) plus $44 for the instructor. He also offers prorated rates for the current multi pilot looking to build time. Pro rated rates are on his website under multi engine class rating.
I've searched everywhere and this guy is the cheapest I've EVER seen. Again he doesn't allow rental but it is still way cheaper than just renting the plane anywhere else. Well worth it. He had a pretty flexible schedule and a ton of experience too.

Thanks for the info! If he doesn't let anyone rent the aircraft.... does he make an exception for checkrides?

There are a few experienced instructors there and an examiner on staff. So you would be all set. He has accelerated classes too for those who want to get their stuff done ASAP yet proficiently and safely. I was very happy with my time there. You can PM me with any questions about my experience at that company.

That's really awesome. I just realized their multi rents for less than an Arrow in Green Bay, and the multi + instructor rents for less than the multi alone in GB. Thanks again for the info!! I'll definitely send a PM once I get closer to the 230-240 hour mark.

That definitely is the cheapest I've heard of; thanks!

Hello all. As of this post, I'm a private pilot with 218 hours TT and a fresh instrument (as of 3/21/16!!). I am looking to time build. My time is in 172s and the Cherokee family. I also have 6 hours in an Arrow, but I don't have my complex endorsement yet. I live in the Green Bay area. Here are the aircraft I am aware of/have access to:

Green Bay:
172s 120-130 per hour (depending on model) wet.
Arrow: 160? per hour wet.

Appleton:
172s 120-130 per hour wet.

Pulaski:
172: 100 per hour wet
M20C: 120 per hour wet
I haven't met with this guy or checked out with him yet.. I know he's very busy with a full time job and instructing on the side. But I know these are available.

Manitowoc:
Warrior: 115 per hour wet.

I am also willing and able to drive to pretty much any town/airport with enough prior planning and for a good enough deal.
I have a fresh Commercial certificate (as of today!), so I know your struggle to build the time. It probably won't be the fastest way to do it, but I'd be happy to split safety pilot time with you, which would keep both of us instrument current and proficient WHILE building hours. I'm in Milwaukee and fly out of KMWC. Also, on a related note, I took my instrument checkride with Steve Davis (who was mentioned in an earlier post) in Oshkosh.

I created a login just to post this reply, so I'll try to send you a PM (if I'm allowed to do that as a brand new user) with my contact info, in case you're interested.
