Wow, impressive. So the 5-6 year flows that people always thought were BS are actually happening, each and every month. Definitely a hell of a time to be at PDT with the opportunity to flow. Plus with the higher pay and new bonus structure for current and future PDT pilots, the whole Piedmont Package is truly ahead of it's time.

There was always some truth to a 5 year (even sub 5 year) flow.

Before Covid, people were flowing 4.5 years and it was rapidly rising to 7 years. So it was a lie saying 5 year flow to those they said it too.

That being said, most leave PDT after 2-3 years now for LCC or better and will make it to a major long before the flow has they stayed for a flow.

BUT, the same is true at every regional right now. So unfortunately the one thing PDT did have (a slightly shorter flow), is no longer a selling point and is still a lie. If PDT (or any regional) last 5 years from now.

Not true. PSA's flow is sitting at 8-ish years.

Every bonus has at least a 2 year NON PRORATED payback and it’s before taxes(meaning you get the money after taxes but have to pay back the full pre tax amount so you actually lose money). The 30k captain bonus is a 3 year payback. They make you sign a promissory note for every bonus you take.

Why would you stay at Piedmont 3 years after you upgrade to captain???

You wouldn’t stay. You would flow to American.

I meant the same is true that 2-3 years at any regional will get to at least an LCC if not major at the moment.

Not that flowers are the same. But that flows are useless.
