Default Making the move from helicopters

I'm considering making the move from HEMES to regionals. Mostly for the earning potential. I would be commuting and the schedule and initial pay cut are the only things making me hesitate. Any insight or advice would be appreciated. I'm at 3700TT with just under 500 airplane. Former Army pilot. Piedmont is my first considered airline. Submitted app two days ago.

Where would you be commuting from, what kind of paycut, etc. PM me if you want to talk frankly
