I wonder what the incentive is to join PDT anymore. Other airlines are paying better with better schedules. If you prefer a contractual flow, PSA has a similar flow, a PHL base if you want that and several other bases if you don't, class dates available, a dramatically better training footprint, more flying and more days off.

Meanwhile, PDT's response is to reduce compensation by going down to double premium, and trying to wiggle out of premium pay altogether if you volunteer to pick up additional work on days you're already working. Despite the already paltry 11 days off, the schedules are getting even worse due to all the tricks that the schedulers are being told to employ to abuse the contract. Senior guys regularly down to 11 days off, some pilots into the single-digits.

I'm not complaining just to complain. This is an honest question, what advantage is there to Piedmont anymore?

Not sure for an FO but for a DEC candidate they offer a nice bonus, don’t have to be forever stuck in LGA, possibility of not being on reserve, possibly a faster flow time then Envoy (I know there’s great debate on this). Biggest negative is their captain pay rates compared to the rest of the WO’s let along republic and 9E
