Default Lineholders, how much do you fly?

I'm curious how much time you guys are logging on average.
  • Ignoring the first year, how many hours is the average line-holding FO logging per year?
  • How much could an FO log if they wanted to maximize their time-building?
  • Ignoring a year that includes upgrade training, how many hours is the average line-holding CA logging per year?
  • How much could a CA log if they wanted to maximize their time-building?
Thanks in advance for the input.

Whats was scheduled is definately diffrent from what ended up in the log book. After all of the cncellations due to weather, being displaced a few times, and some DH's, I have averaged 70 hrs/ month in my logbook so far this year. That is probably in the middle of the pack.
As for pay, I have been averaging over 80hrs/ month.

How many days off are you averaging based on the above?

I understand that but is it less than 11 days off to credit more than 70-80 hours?

Christ, really? Is that a typical average for PDT pilots? That's leaving over 300 hrs/year on the table.

The inefficiency of the lines seems like a lose for everyone. If they were built better, the pilot group could fly more hours with more days off and would have higher morale. The schedulers would have rested pilots more willing to pick up extra work. The company would spend more of the payroll paying pilots to fly, instead of paying out minimums.

What's the hold up?

A combination of the reduction in PHL banks by AA and not opening more jet bases... allegedly.
