Hey guys, im curios why is everyone bad mouthy Piedmont? when i look at their benefits and they seem very appealing.
1.$50.50/hr pay guaranteed 75hr
2.Guaranteed Flow to AA (time frame doesn't matter it'll be a back up plan)
3.Decent Bases/Commutable
4.Seems like low reserve time
5.plus all the other benefits like travel/medical...etc
6.20k+bonus
Anyways i want to know what am i missing? and what makes Piedmont so bad to fly for? the only thing i dont like really is the routes they fly seems to be alot of 20mins flight. Also just saying if you do go to Piedmont whats stopping you from putting in your Apps at another regional after a year or two itll be the same as if you went to lets say republic which btw pays less than Piedmont. Im in the process of deciding who am i going to fly for and would love for you guys to provide some feedback with details about why i should choose between PDT or these other options im consedering(ENVOY,SKYWEST,PSA,MESA,ExpressJet).
