TSA has a handful of LRs without reversers that are not owned by United and are not going to ExpressJet. Those are the jets that TSA *was* planning to park first. But the situation is fluid since UA seems to be starting their reduction at the regional level via speeding up the wind down of TSA's flying.

They just had to re-do the April bid since UA cut flying even more than planned. After bids were submitted.
