Actually fun fact, Piedmont is larger than PSA if you count all Piedmont employees and not just those in the flight department. Remember, Piedmont is predominately a ground handling company. If you're looking at this as a strict cut to planes and routes, well than PSA and Envoy have a lot more to lose then PDT does. Sure PDT does not have as many planes or routes, but that really is PDTs benefit right now. Just my 2 cents and something to think about.

You only had 20 airplanes and flew out of a hub with great weather year round. Do you think that improves performance numbers?
