Anyone got the latest and the greatest on Piedmont? Like the 50 question ATP test as well as the sim ride - Crew sceds, and how they treat thier employees (Pilots)? Thanks.
Would like to hear from all, especially those who are currently employed by said airline.

Be a real pilot and fly the Dash 8; it's eleventy billion times better than a jet!
Now that I've got that out of my system: if you can handle the Shorts, you ought to be able to pass a 121 sim ride, as it's all IFR procedures and fun crap like that. All of my friends who are at Piedmont seem to be enjoying it - those HHH overnights might have something to do with it. Long upgrade, though.

I don't know when I'm coming back, but it needs to happen. You and the wifey will definitely be notified when it happens - actually, I'll probably stop in on her at work since that's the number one place for me to visit up there next time I'm in the area.

if you like 130 degree cockpits and swapping into a swampass soaked seat in the summertime... pdt is the place for you. jk the pay is decent, good contract for a regional, pretty good qol if you live in or are from a base. great people to work with, they've just been around forever and thus you won't upgrade anytime soon. possible flow through to the crappiest major out there. if you want to upgrade and/or fly one of them fancy test-tube turbojets, pdt is NOT the place for you!

I've got myself an interview coming up with PDT in the near future and have been told to study anything from the entire aim to the atp written... any advice that is somewhat less broad would definitely be appreciated.
