Which ones are hiring 1600 hour non-ATP pilots? I would like to know so that I can apply.

Got 1600hrs? Might be time for you to bite the bullet and get the ATP/CTP done and if thst doesn't work, the ATP.

I have a buddy who just got his ATP on his own, he got contacted by Allegiant, Netjets, Republic and PSA within the first 7 days after his app update.

I can tell you for a fact, envoy is hiring 1500 hr CFIs (as low as 1000hr CFIs actually), non cadets too. Skywest is as well. This isn't specifically directed to you but I've seen so many post on here and on reddit talking about how regionals aren't hiring. Well, they are. It's just getting competitive out there. Make sure you read ALL the instructions on the app (for an example, airline apps requires high school info to be input), Make sure your app doesn't have any typos, no employment gaps and your hours are accurate.

Have some else look at your app, they will catch something you aren't. I got my apps professional reviewed a few months ago and was suprised to see how sloppy it was and I would have sworn mine was air tight. I'm not saying you need to pay for your app to get reviewed, what I'm saying is, spend some quality time with your logbook, application and resume.

Lastly and most importantly, I went to NGPA a few months ago and can confirm that the line for DAL/UAL/AA was out the door. However, there was no line to talk with any of regionals that were there, hell atlas and sun country had little to no line. Spending a few hundred dollar (or even a thousand) to go to TPNx will be a great investment if you're serious about getting hired.

Yep, I did the ATP/CTP and have the written. During my recurrent at my 135 in a few months I will probably pay out of my own pocket to get the ATP checkride. I don't mind doing that.

Yep, I'm not a CFI and I just hired an app review who gave me a lot of adjustments to make. It was worth the money. I would have liked to go to NGPA and WAI but these were during my rotation for work so I was unable. Looks like my timing is bad argh.
