If you do that, don't ever plan on taking the last two flights of the night for an early show the next morning. A severe majority of the ROA captains (and I believe EWN as well) are commuters from Florida, and they'll bump you in a heartbeat. There's always a chance you could get on, but just don't plan for it. Good luck.

That time seemed the norm when I was there. I was the high time guy at 900/40. I would send your resume over to Bob Trout and see what he says.

Anyone know the likelihood of a Piedmont call back for someone with 300tt and 140multi? I know, very low times, but I figured I'd apply there because it's local.

Go for it. There were people in my class with less time than that. The 140 multi should definitely help. Just be persistent and show Bob Trout you're really interested.

Just curious, what is reserve time and upgrade time at piedmont

Reserve time right now is about 1-2 months. Upgrade time is 6 years right now. That will drop to 3 years after approximately 9 more people upgrade. That should be in about 3 months. It could come down to less time than that even faster due to the "preferential interviews" at mainline. With those interviews 100 Piedmont pilots are supposed to be hired at mainline by the end of spring. That would drop upgrade time down dramatically.
