Default Piedmont Interview

I have an interview date for Piedmont on the 11th of December. I have looked at the gouges and I have to say I really have to prepare myself for this. Its my first interview, so I don't exactly know what to expect. I just know to study EVERY NIGHT before the interview. Going go get a suit tonight!
Anything I should expect other than what's on the gouges?

Piece of cake! Just study the gouges and you will be fine. I interviewed there a month ago and got the job. I had to decline as I am looking to go to Mesaba . I have an interview with them later this week. The hardest part is the written, if you follow the gouges you will do fine as long as they don't change the test. HR is cake if you are clean and the sim was really fair but intimidating. They are by no means looking for perfection, just trainability. Just let them know that you recognize when you need to correct IE high on the glideslope or left or right. Good Luck!!!

Yea, I got a call from Kristin at Mesaba tonight, she told me she would call me next week for "further details"
I'm not sure which job to take though, that is if I get them.

My interview date is Tuesday the 11th.

For me it is a no brainer, I would like to get back to Detroit. Mesaba is by far the better bet for me. One huge thing to consider is if you are planning to commute. Piedmont strongly discourages it! So it was just not going to work out for me. Also, they have a very long upgrade as of now and Mesaba is crazy short as of now!

All of the gouges are incredibly accurate. Just brush up on anything you feel weak on, but I'd say you'll be perfectly fine. I came in with similar times, and I know people who made it through without a problem with much lower times/less experience. Good luck!!
