I heard the same thing. I cringe everyday I think about it. Heard he made a terrible impression at Airways to. What a shock, but guess what, he still got hired.

I am white. German American. The phone never rang. Don't care much anymore...

Who would have thought the sins of my ancestors would affect my employment situation. Then again, maybe its just because I am a gigantic dooshbag.

But have either of you even interviewed? It may seem like BS to you; but when a low percentage of the non minority applicants are getting interviewed and hired; while a high percentage of the minority ones are.... then there is a problem. If the percentages were the same, I'd agree with you; but they clearly aren't even close.

Do you have actual data to back this up? I'm not saying you are wrong, but if you are simply going by "what you have seen" and "what you have heard" its simply anecdotal.

Word is DP isn't happy on how L-Eagle handles sick occurrences etc. among other things. Get ready for new changes.

Yeah, thats another spin too!!!!

Im kidding, its to tell them on what a great job L-Eagle is doing, and to discuss L-Eagle's newest fleet plan. With the massive hiring that we are doing, we might delay the deliveries of our new equipment since we can't keep up with training.
Exciting news!

I still don't understand why we're listening to the drunk anyway. He isn't anything to us right now, so why are we already trying to kiss a$$

That pretty much sums up that douchbag. I have no respect for airline HR departments anymore because of this. He is proof that the system does bend rules for "certain" individuals.
