Default Cardiologist Recommendations

My FAA AME and Cardiologist, a terrific doctor and genuinely caring person, recently passed away unexpectedly. He and his staff were amazing in their ability to work with the FAA to get me back up with a Special Issuance Medical and continue working through the continuing paperwork hassles from OKC.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a Cardiologist that is used to working with the FAA? Portland, Denver, or Dallas areas would be preferred, but I will really go anywhere for the right doctor.

I'll also take a recommendation for an AME skilled with Special Issuance Medicals.

Thanks a million.
BT

It sure did. I am seeing Dr. Raniolo. Thanks.

If anyone has a story about getting back to flying after a Catheter Ablation I'd love to chat.

Dr. Andrew Miller
He has offices all over the DFW metroplex. He’s a pilot and works with the FAA a lot. Very knowledgeable on what they need. I’ve used him for years.
