Are you really considering a diabetes drug which is not FAA approved for weight loss?
How about eating less and working out more….

Have they considered not eating (as much) or abandoning the “standard” American diet?

Pretty easy. I did it years ago, and I was headed in that direction as well.

A relative of mine was on it and lost nearly 100lbs in about a year from it. She did very well on it for sure.

I've been on Ozempic for a few years now. It's one of five diabetic meds I take. I don't think it affected my weight that much. I've been slowly losing over the past year but that probably has more to do with walking 6 miles everyday than the medication.
