When ketamine is used with depression, usually there is an antidepressant prescribed, afterwards. And that Ketamine is being used suggests treatment resistance. Both those issues would complicate and delay matters. Not necassarily a no-go but certainly a red flag to the FAA.

Mushrooms would be even a larger issue as they have not been approved for use by the FDA or DEA. Some states allow their use but not the Fed. Would be Denied or probably end up in HIMS for substance use.
