Ok here we go. 10 months of furlough has resulted in 13 extra pounds. I was about 5 heavy to begin with. SO I have 18 pounds to go. I don't eat bad or anything, I am just extremely inactive. Just started going back to the gym this week. Goal is 158-160 with 13% body fat (I'm 5'11")exactly where I was my last year of college. Last time I was at this exact same start weight and body fat percentage it took 8 months of hard work to get to my goal. Time to start again.

I hear ya about the chicken. I try to mix it up by marinating it in different fruits before I grill it. 2 parts Orange, 1 part lime, 1 part lemon, garlic and oregano is a good base for Cuban Mojo if you get tired of the norm. Also try putting blended mango in with the chicken. I normally eat tuna about the same amount that I eat chicken. Not to much you can do with a can of tuna.

Tuna straight from the can...mmmm. Mix up your diets with fish like halibut and salmon. High in protein and high in good fats. Good fats help you burn the bad fats, as well as help your heart, brain, etc.

Has anyone tried an ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) stack? It's legal and no problems with flying (two separate AMEs have bought off on it). You can get your caffeine fix and avoid the refined sugars in soda. I am extremely alert on an ECA stack. My reflexes are faster, too. You'll burn fat off faster, but because of that, you sweat like a ***** in church. Something to think about.
