Default FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate

Hello Everyone,
Can anyone explain what type of tests are involve when you have to get a FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate? Thanks in advance for your response.

Hernia check: The doctor is required to tickle your balls.... you can not laugh, smile, or become errect.

Colon health: Alternate tests require the doc to insert finger or fingers in your anus and you must tell him how many. Call ahead and be sure to ask if the doctor has small hands when you set your appointment.
