Default Keeping old medical certificates?

I got a new medical recently. It's my second medical certificate so the one before this was my very first medical and my student pilot certificate. Of course, I'll keep my first medical since it was my student pilot certificate and it has my endorsements on it. But after that one, is there any reason to file your old medical certificates and keep them, or do you just toss them when you get a new one? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

You could always save it as a reminder of your physical condition prior to becoming an emaciated aerial mapper that lives on ramen rather than ruth's chris!
