Default Bowel management in a small plane

Might be an odd question but I'm starting a career on small planes with flight ranging from 1:30 to 3:00 at day and night ... Just wondering how you guys are dealing with getting your bowel done before a flight to have peace of mind ... Trying to be regular

Thanks !

Not really a "small plane" per se, but here's how a GL pilot handled it on a plane without a LAV;

Take fiber supplements. When you wake have a nice coffee and that should clean you out.
I have the same problem and over 20 years have found this method works.

Good luck

very legit question. I have found that Green Tea is great for bowel movements. Also eat lots of fiber in the diet. Bananas are great, as are apples and peaches. Stay Hydrated ! Lots of water. That will help also. water water water

alas .... plan for the emergency. A ex-large zip lock filled with tissue will work for ladies and gents, #1 or #2. Not pleasant for the passengers though! On active durty ... this was one thing no pilot could ask the plane crew to clean up

Upon waking drink roughly 24oz of water and a cup of coffee.

Try Nopalina, flax seed plus formula with some crystal light powder.
