I use to lose consciousness when I drank a lot of Coke...but maybe it was the rum that I put in it.

Yes well that will be the end of my diet drink days right there... Of course splenda is questionable as well according to the data... Then of course you can't drink out of bottles anymore because of leaching of the chemicals in plastic, THEN you can't drink tap water because of contamination......

What the heck are we supposed to drink!?

But seriously Aspartame is bad - its an excitoneurotoxin - I know this because I study neuroscience and yes it can cause your neurons to "fire" themselves to death.

I have a biochem professor that INHALES diet pepsi and diet dr. Pepper <-- its nuts, and of call freaking people, you would think he would leave that stuff alone.

Its really disturbing.

Default I heard pop also causes global warming

I did have a guy on my crew on a mil trip one time who drank a lot of diet coke and ate a lot of peanuts. He got a kidney stone and the urologist told him that the pop and peanuts was like a recipe to make kidney stones.
