Default Medical requirements for flying to Ireland

Hello,

I am a Part 91 pilot flying a trip to Ireland. My FAA medial is current through the end of October and was originally issued First Class (I am over 40 so it is now second class). The ICAO regs in Annex 6 say something to the effect that my medical must meet the requirements of the issuing agency (or state), but I see commentary here and there about pilots being required to have a First Class medical before flying overseas (even if it's just a trip, which is my case).

Am I good to fly overseas with my current medical or do I need to get a First Class, even though I'm legal per the FAA for the trip?

Thanks.

FYI to everyone. The answer from two independent AME's was that a First Class medical was NOT required when acting as SIC Part 91 in this case, except in India, where you have to fly under their medical certification.
