Why is PSA the best regional moving forward?

Jeez, come up for air already! Lol I can feel your negativity.... wow we must not work for the same PSA. We must not be flying with the same high 28#### FOs. In fact I doubt you and I breath the same air. The brand new Fo straight out of training, are they new, yes, are they poorly trained no. I’ve actually been impressed with how the training department has been doing.

To be honest, after just finishing training and getting ready to IOE, I have no issues with the training department so far. The instructors I've had from Systems, IPTs, Sims have been great and fair. Maybe there are 1 to 3 instructors that are bad apples, but I think you'll find that in every regional training department at this point.
Tom, Dennis, and Dave were great in Indoc. Brian and Jody were also very knowledgeable. I heard a class had Pete and he wasn’t the best, no idea why. My IPT instructor was a line FO from CLT who’d come up and he did very well. Both sim instructors were really good. Helped me pass JC’s checkride the first time. I think the only thing I had issues with would be 5 IPT observations were too many, and when we had “guests” from the other departments. Their presentations were vague and rushed.
