Default Thoughts or advice?

Hey all, I have a few questions regarding PSA and the QOL that a new FO can expect. I'm currently working towards finishing my ratings and still have a long way to go but PSA is at the top of my list once that time comes. First, how senior is KORF? How long, on average, would it take to get ORF? If ORF is out of the question is KCLT a possibility for a new hire? I'm about 2.5 from ORF and 3.5 from CLT I know it's based on preference but is this a normal driving distance to get to base or would it be too far to drive? I live somewhat close to two airports that have several flights to CLT so I'm assuming the commute wouldn't be too bad? Just looking for the thoughts of some others. Thanks!

Orf is new but super junior and seems to be staying that way. You can hold it immediately

Clt is senior

Expect short call reserve for the first several months. You’ll need a crashpad near orf. 2.5 hour drive won’t work

Yeah, you need to be within 2 hours of ORF. Are you near Raleigh I assume the way it sounds?

PHL went mid-senior level like DCA, probably because it’s a hub and easier to commute to than ORF. I’m sure you’d get it awarded by the end of training and would be effective close to the end of IOE.

I'm about 1:45 from RDU. So not really close but closer than ORF.
