Is their ongoing labor dispute done?

ALPA (the F9 MEC) has been sending out postcards with a "please don't come here" message. Please don't undercut an extremely contentious and drawn-out negotiating process by suggesting that people go there until they have a contract. Those guys deserve better!

Why a New Contract?

When they do get the pay figured out they'll have a pretty sweet QoL. They are tripling their pilot group. The wave is coming, get ahead of it.

Fundamentally, I'm just pointing out that Frontier has a DEN base, and driving to work is golden. Beyond that, people need to make up their own minds with all the available data.

Same goes for PSA. If I end up in a conversation with someone that lives on the west coast, I'm going to point out other options. If I meet someone who lives between DAY and CVG, it'll be a very different conversation.

When's the next pilot all call? Union has been extremely quiet...

There has been zero word on anything the Union is doing, they're not even bothering to say "good things are coming". We'll probably get a new LOA without a pilot vote that'll be a fun bag of concessions right before the current guys flow.

I’ve done ACMI for 7, 91K for 8, now 5 years 121, loco pic. I really enjoyed 91K, 7/7 schedule, set vacation, 1 week = 21 days off, good bennies. I currently work about 15 days a month, make almost 3 times as much. Jetlinx has 5 hard days of a month, supposed to go to 8, still not good enough, pay will never get there. If you can’t wait for the legacy call (it shouldn’t take long with mil. time) consider NK, G4, F9 ( I know about the labor issue, hopefully they get something soon).
