Default Moving to PSA Base

I currently hold a class date with PSA and I am currently in the process of trying to figure out which PSA Base I should move to. Ideally, I'd like to stick with where I decide to move to. I know currently DAY and ORF are Jr. for FO's. Which base would you all recommend I'd move to? My goal is to hold R1 ASAP. My ideal bases to like in would be either CLT, TYS, or CVG. I am not opposed to commuting, but QoL would be better if not. I know CLT is super senior, but would moving to TYS right now be a good idea? My plan is to move during the break while waiting for sims.

I'm a big fan of Dayton, check out apartments down around Springboro and Miamisburg. It's a nice area and you get a lot for your money.

I would rather wait 5 years on reserve for a line than get a line out of training in Ohio.

Go to ORF.

Better get through training first.

After training, I would say move between DAY and CVG. Then you would have 2 bases that would be an hour drive, both of which are relatively junior for FOs. If one sux then you could bid to the other base and not move again.

If you want a line quick, ORF. Out of the three you listed, TYS.

What is your goal apart from fast R1?

Except for CLT, they're all junior enough that I wouldn't base where to live purely on time-to-R1. Even if you can predict it now, you're eventually gonna be a junior captain and the dynamics may be very different. No sense moving to XXX to get an FO line one month earlier if you'd really rather be in YYY for the next 5 years.

If you would be happy living in CLT, it really makes the most sense. It has a 1-leg commute to any of our other bases, the most reserve flexibility with a little seniority, the opportunity to split trips on the trade board (you can only split a trip on a stop "in base"), etc.
