Just remember if you are flying those VDAs on RNAV SIAPs with LNAV mins only, that derived angle below the LNAV MDA and the TCH crossing the runway is TERPS clear of obstacles.
Now if you have WAAS and are flying the glide path (only down to the LNAV line of minima for some reason) then you are obviously good to go.
