Real-world DEC Vacation Day Usage?

As a DEC with zero seniority (but 20 years of Part 121 "longevity match"... and it's associated bank of vacation days), what's the likelihood that 2 vacation days could be used each and every month?
The goal being to add 2 days off (each and every month) to the "standard" 12 days off that a junior DEC gets while on reserve.
Any current DEC's have any direct experience with this, please?
(Just trying to make sure that what the recruiters say syncs with what the schedulers will allow.)
Many thanks!

There are other ways to get extra days off and move your reserve days around to get better chances of not being called. With that being said we're so low on CA's be prepared to be used as much as possible. THe part that sucks is always being at the bottom of the seniority list for many years to come. The reserve rules here are literally some of the worst in the industry.
