Default PSA or Endeavor

Straight to the point. I have two CJOs from PSA and EDV. I live in Philadelphia so PSA would be ideal but I’m also willing to move to NYC if I choose EDV, commuting is not an option. In regards to factors such as quality of training, companies culture, long term career potential, shortest amount of time to spend on reserve and anything else you would like to add. Where to go? Thanks.

This can't be serious. Go to endeavor

Whatever mainline you want to work for, do not work for their regional. AA will not hire you from PSA, you’ll either flow or we will get absorbed within 2 years. Delta loves hiring newly upgraded captains from PSA.

As much as 'live in base' is standard advice, there is wisdom in this statement.

That said, if your long term goal is DAL (just had a buddy het 75/76 CA on probation), driving to work for PSA in PHL would be a good call.

Where do you want to end up? Go to the opposite regional. If Delta is the end goal, go PSA. If AA, go Endeavor….

And if United is your goal, either one will work.

I would never move for a regional. Unless you really want to live in NYC!
