Default Any current PSA pilots here?

First, I know that people have opinions about PSA. I respect that but, I am only looking for the info requested below. Thank you in advance.

I start ground school in January (they have not decided whether it will be the 1st or 7th). Some CFI's that I work with are interested in PSA and have been asking me questions in which I have absolutely no answers to, so here it goes:

1. If/when you upgrade to captain, say it takes 3 years, do you go to first year captain pay or do you go to year three (apparently, some airlines do this, don't know who though)?

2. Is there a trip/duty regs?

3. And the best one: Does anyone know if there is a PSA route map out here on the net?

Thanks again!

There is no route map. That was one of my questions yesterday but they said their working on getting one.
And i've never heard of you going back to year one pay after making captain.

No route map

No trip duty/rigs

I believe you would be at 3rd year capt pay.

Haven't upgraded but I think that's how it works. Upgrade right now is about 3 years. I'd expect to see that drop signficantly in '08. By how much is anyones guess.

Guys got hired in 07 looking for the 3 year and dropping upgrade. Care to guess what year they upgraded?
