What will one prove or even accomplish other than hurting your own guys?

As far as I know, Alpa has NO say on my jumpseat. They have done plenty of damage already. Therefore, they can pound sand as far as I'm concerned.

what will it prove? It will be a big F U in the face of psa pilots.

will it be helpful? no probably not
Will it mess people up? maybe, but I'll adopt the psa motto "its not my problem"

Its not that I would say no you cant ride this jumpseat, I commuted i know what its like. Its just that I would be so irrate that i could not consider myself safe for flight.
Safety is what we all have to keep in mind.

You can deny me all you want. I'll still be happy to give the next envoy pilot a ride or any pilot for that matter. Maybe I'll even go the extra mile on top of my normal extra mile to help a jumpseater get on just to make the few of you tough guys look even more like a piece of trash. People show their true colors when things get rough. Plenty better pilots went through tougher times than what Eagle might be going through right now without pointer fingers, myself included. It's not the end of the world. You don't even need tpic nowadays to get hired and whoever wants to goto majors will have their shot in the next few years.

How would be the commute from Chicago to one of the PSA domiciles, especially DAY? Thanks.

If you have to question whether or not you'll be be aloud to jumpseat then you should question whether or not PSA is the airline to go to. We're all ****ed for a reason. Aviation is a small community and I can guarantee you, if I'm ever in a position where I have a say in who gets hired (ie the hiring board) you can bet your ass that unless you're banging the CEO's daughter, you're not getting hired.

I'm not really sure the point in this reply? However I'm at PSA, I didn't vote for the contract and I guess that makes me garbage for needing a job to pay the mortgage. I am a grown up and if I'm denied the jumpseat I'll take it like an adult and walk away. One day the guy that denied ME the jumpseat will in turn need something from someone more desperately than I needed that ride and he/she will be denied. Sticks and stones......in this case to the next jumpseat for a ride.

Fly safe and enjoy the family, it's just a job.

Good thing you'll never "be be aloud" to say who you can or can't hire. What if you're banging the CEO's son? So in that one paragraph you've proven yourself to be uneducated, a sexist and have a stuttering potty mouth.

Mod Note:

Ok, here's another one of my famous and much loved Notes. I seem to be leaving them on almost every thread in Regional.

This particular thread has so much wrong with it that I'm going to close it, like I closed several others. If for some reason you do not see what is wrong or why your post or posting behavior is violating the Terms of Service, I urge you to re-read all those threads and come to some conclusion. If you are absolutely unable to figure it out - and worse continue to post in such a manner - I'll know it and you're gone. Gone.

As I said before, I understand feelings are inflamed, but getting into girly hair pulling fights on APC does nothing to solve problems. It's tiresome to log on and see such childish ridiculous behavior night after night. And please don't send me nasty PMs. It'll only make matters worse for you.
