I love the irony of you saying such a thing.

PSASUX,
We have our own company web board. Would you be this vocal without the screen name. I find the biggest complainers are usually the least informed and the biggest cowards. Regards, Michael 39%

This statement is 100% true..I've worked
at both and I can honestly say you need a

I am far from being a coward. And fairly certain I am very informed. I've posted on our company forum plenty. By your signature I have a feeling I know who you might be. But I apologize if you think PSA is all puppy dogs and rainbows.

So you say we need a union but you don't like the leadership. Why don't you run it then your way.

What the latest understanding of the opportunities for DEC at PSA for someone that is about to hit enter on the application? Usually by the time I hear about opportunities like this the opportunity is gone. Have they suspended FO hiring because they need to focus on hiring more street captains? Or does PSA have a pool of street captains they need to train before they hire any more FO's?

I'm not sure anyone knows. We have two captain bids closing on the second and third of June for a total of 40 captains. We should see the results of them within a few days.

I don't know if the DEC's are being hired as part of this bid or outside of it. Not sure anyone knows.

There are no DECs online. I'm told some have interviewed.

This next week or two should be very telling.

Truth be told, I'm more interested to see what came out of this SSP negoiation. That's going to affect people far more than DECs will.
