+1 for Endeavor. It's been a few rough years but this year things will really start to turn around. Now is the time to get on there! Granted the $30k bonus is only for two years, but within the next two years upgrade times should shrink to 2-3 years and it's an excellent path to Delta.

The upgrade time at Endeavor is going to shrink very soon. With guaranteed movement to Delta of 180 a year and guys going to the other majors. Psa ship has sailed. 30,000 bonus for new hires as well. I think this is by far a better place to go than psa.

Which regionals do you think would be the best for a Boston area commute with a quick upgrade? I't would be a huge pay cut no matter what, so the commute and upgrade time would be the biggest factors.

At PSA it will likely take you a little while to hold CLT. March hires were only just recently awarded CLT last month here I think. New hires are primarily going to CVG, then maybe DAY for a little while it would seem. CLT is an easy commute to/from most places, but you have to think about how hard it may or may not be while you are in another base. Not saying to not come to PSA, there are a lot of good things about this place (and some bad, too). Just don't come here expecting to hold CLT right away.
