Answer this: Why are they at your heavy MX base, what is the purpose for those acft being there?
They have to get a smog check for new DMV plates.

Deliveries are not stopping for two months, they are continuing right now. The only change is two planes a month, rather than three. One plane was delivered in June and two will be delivered in July. It takes about 2-3 weeks before the planes start flying once they arrive in Dayton. Adding two planes per month rather than three is a lot more manageable for PSA and keeps the growth more spread out.

Oh my gosh y'all. They are getting wifi installed in them as they come on PSA property. The first one arrived last week, it will be out on line in a few weeks. In the mean time it's going through normal FAA certification/transfer stuff and also having wifi installed before going out on the line. It's not that big of a deal or secret for that matter. Also, all the PSA FA's have until a certain date to complete their differences training on the aircraft. Even though PSA already has 700's, they have to have differences training online because of medical equipment and such that are different from the AA side and they can't put an airplane into operation if the FA's aren't qualified to fly it yet.
