Think they’ll offer longevity to drive the land line if we agree to give up SAP?

Well it looks like he may never get his OE done, at least not at PSA because Delta has hired him. Zero turbine PIC time. Standard career route, flight school, CFI, PSA. He does have a 4 year degree. I don't know his Delta class date, he literally yelled the news to me as he passed by in the car. When I get some more details I'll post.

More info: 22 pilots interviewed at Delta, 15 were hired which is a bit lower than normal. The PSA neighbor was the lowest time/experience in the group that got hired. There was a Spirit F/O with 3 years on the A320 who got turned down. Interview was pretty much as advertised, plenty of other sources on that. Be careful thou, at the hotel they suggest you stay at you may be evaluated without realizing it when you're in common areas.

Did you all get the pay increase as well? Asking for personal reasons, I start next month.

We have been offered the same pay improvements but the union does not like the strings that come attached in the form of 7 additional LOAs
