Well it looks like he may never get his OE done, at least not at PSA because Delta has hired him. Zero turbine PIC time. Standard career route, flight school, CFI, PSA. He does have a 4 year degree. I don't know his Delta class date, he literally yelled the news to me as he passed by in the car. When I get some more details I'll post.
