This is good news. And not for PSA in particular, but for the regional industry in general. When a "bottom feeder" (not that I really have any feelings one way or another about PSA) has to pull something like this to get pilots through the door, you know all other regionals will not only follow suit, but also try to out do them.

So now the clock starts the countdown of when they will have to up it to 20,000 sign on bonus. start the wagering shall we?.....
I got 50 bucks that says they have to up it to 20k by September. And another 50 we see 25k by December.

I think the next round of bonuses will be 20K paid out quarterly over 2 years for new hires. AAG is just going to keep modifying it and increasing it slightly until it works. It's honestly disappointing but not all that shocking how disconnected AAG management is.
