Do any of you actually commute from or to ATL? I commute Chicago to ATL and between ORD and MDW and the 6 or so airlines that fly that route I have 35ish choices a day to get to work. It isn't bad at all. Now something like ATL-MCO or ATL-TPA would suck real bad.

If you're at an AA wholly owned your status is equal to mainline for every seat except an AA mainline Jumpseat. It's based on check-in. Something to consider, as being in-base is preferable.
Not Horizon Air

I would second this. Endeavor should be your first choice by a long shot. ATL PHL isn't bad making PDT a good second choice.Originally Posted by HighFlight
If you now live in ATL, or are moving there soon, Endeavor without a doubt. At your age, I would put about zero value on either an AA flow or the DL DGI. Piedmont would be my second choice as a company, but cannot speak as to the commute to one of their bases from ATL.

For west coast Skywest.
I live in Virginia, and I am considering IAD and DCA based airlines for QOL. Of regionals based at IAD and DCA, I have narrowed it down to CommutAir, Republic, and PSA. Which of those three would be best? I don't care about equipment.

Air Wisconsin should be added to your list as well, certainly above CommutAir.Originally Posted by cficfiimei

My general concern with Air Wisconsin, is that after their contract with United expires in five years, they probably won't be resigned with another carrier. I maybe see more long term stability in another company. Or, should I not be worried about that? I have heard good things about AWAC.Originally Posted by lalo
