Good Evening,
Anyone currently commuting from PHX to DFW and back with Envoy? Just wanting to get some idea of the loads and how your luck getting home/to work has been.

It seems like all these flights to and from training are packed.

PHX to DFW has been quite difficult for me. Aside from the fact that the flights have been mostly full, there are lots of AA commuters that have priority over ENY pilots when it comes to the jumpseat.

Just as an example, I looked at taking a flight this week where the flight was full AND there were 87 people listed for standby. There are a lot of flights, but they have been very full. A couple months ago it took me three flight attempts to finally get a spot on a jumpseat and get home.

Not saying the commute is impossible, but I would not say it is easy for any ENY or any other regional pilot.

PHX sounds like an AA non rev death trap.

Surprisingly not everywhere is bad out of PHX. Just hub-hub stuff is a bit more difficult it seems.

Hub to hub is bad out of PHX. A lot of the outstations are fine. I haven't been in a Jumpseat yet this year and have been in first more times than coach.
