What is the Preferential Bid System that SkyWest uses? CrewTrac or Prefbid? They said what it was at the Group Interview but i can't remember what it was.
Anyone know of a tutorial on it? They said that if you know the program it works well for you. So I want to get a handle on as much of it as I can before I get out there.

The best way to figure it out is to use it. Ask the guys who have been there a while to show you how it works. A great time is when you are shooting the breeze during a sit or something. Have your CA walk you through how to bid and maybe give you some ideas for strategies. The company will more than likely not show you how to do this stuff because it is not to their advantage and you will be cramming your head full of more important information anyway. That being said, you're better off using your time studying more important stuff, not how to bid. You will have MORE than enough time to mess with your bidding program during your first few months of crap reserve.

I've been studying the other stuff for 6 months non stop and wanted something more. But you are right i"ll have tons of time on reserve to learn it.
