That's a difficult thing to do when you have a CEO that believes that an employee bashing culture is the way to operate. You will see more and more of his pure ignorance towards people as the weeks go on.


It's like this: If you have dignity, you avoid companies such as Mesa. If you do go to Mesa (as I did - a mistake), it will take your dignity. Fast. The only way to get it back? LEAVE! I am sure glad I did. :)
