What job posting sites do you read?
When you're looking for a job at a regional, what job boards do you look at?
I already have avjobs.com and climbto350.com, but I have not been in the airline industry that long, so I don't know what boards pilots actually look at.
Help!

Good Luck! Better start taking pilots at 250TT and 25 multi or you'll loose them to MAG or GoJets.

Historically, by the time you acquired the 1500-3000 hours needed to apply, you already had a pretty goody idea of the lay of the land, who was hiring, and where you wanted to work, all via word of mouth. Remember, geography and other factors are often very important.
I still think this is largely true with entry-level pilots today, but with minimums dropping like a ballistic re-entry vehicle, there might be some folks out there searching the web for airline jobs. But if you're looking for people with previous 121 experience, it's all word-of-mouth...just post a job opportunity on your airline's web site, and some pilot will post the info an all the airline pilot forums (in less than 45 seconds )
