Trans States has won the Diamond award for MX like 10 years in a row...Real great company I work for.

So how many times has Mesaba actually received the Diamond Certificate of Excellence? Every search I do I get stuff from 2005 and even earlier.....

I thought that was pretty impressive too when suddenly half of their planes were grounded one night when the FAA found out that MX failed to comply with a AD for the noise wheel steering.

I remember hearing a lot of our guys being stuck. I was stuck in Manchester, NH

Who really cares?? All it means is that each AMT has been documented to receive at least 6 hours of "aviation industry maintenance training" that year. Most 121 operators will have more than 6 hours worth of annual recurrent training required each year for their AMT's. Just another gay FAA award... not that there's anything wrong with that
