last item- compensation... I am expecting some sort of update by monday with the "payday hotline" email that normally has little morsels of info. Supposedly the last time they met to discuss "Compensation" and finish the deal both sides left with nothing accomplished. I am sure with NWA down mgmts back and with the pilot group being soo tight, and mgmt wanting more expansion we should get some continued progress soon. Everyone i have heard discussing the contract is very upbeat and optimistic which is a big change from a few months ago. There are a few fellow PCL guys on here so I am sure there will be more info in a few days. I know they are hiring like mad- I have had a few friends hired lately. 500/50 seems to do it now unless you pay at ATP.

That's true...but it ain't anywhere near "market value".

I heard a rumor of $35 from a couple of guys.
Air Wisconsin under a concessionary contract is $35.38 for a 2nd year CL65 FO. Under the 2001 contract, 2nd year would have been $39.39 in 10/05.

You guys gotta at least beat our 4 year old concessionary contract...

But their upgrade is less than one year...(something to consider if you are trying to get in, and get out). Their company is also focused on growth - the purchase of Colgan for example and inking 15 Q400's.

AWAC has...well...lost almost 25% of its flying from 2003.
