The amazing thing is that when provided evidence contrary, some people do not accept the information, instead, they double-down and go even further off the deep end.

The rest requirement change as a result of Colgan was a good thing. The 1500 hour rule was not.

First of all it was a she. Secondly, I don't believe there was such a thing back then as calling in fatigue. Don't care about your opinion of the 1500 rule. Suck it up and get your hours.

It's easy to say when someone else should've called in fatigued after the fact. Get a year on the line, realize how insidious and difficult fatigue is to judge, then get back to us.
