Not stupid at all.
It means that if you currently are a Boston FO on the EMJ and you are awarded the DFW CA SAAB position, they will backfill your slot, making a total of 5 BOS FO EMJ awards. However if you are an LAX FO EMJ, they will not award your seat to anyone, unless 3 more LAX FO EMJ bid out. |
